Homework will be assigned Monday through Thursday. Students will also be assigned special projects throughout the year to complete at home. These projects will have specific instructions with due dates. If your child is absent, they will get additional time to complete missing assignments.

Please clean out their blue folders daily and check their DAILY HOMEWORK AGENDA (a small manila book in their blue folders) and review it with them. Allow your student to complete their own homework on their own. You may support them but please do not supply answers.

READ, READ, READ!!!

Your child is expected to read at least 20 minutes each night. They can check out through the school library or the public library.  Reading each day is an essential part of your child’s literacy development!
